This week in special is “Kua Kling” Consider to be one of the traditional dish from the southern part of Thailand. It’s simple adaptation of southern Thai style dish and Thai style red curry.

 

 

 

Traditional serves with ground pork stir-fry together with turmeric red curry and flavor enhancing with kaffir lime leaves. This dish brings about the strong taste of curry, spicy and the combination of spices. According to thaifoodheritage.com, Kua Kling is high in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, minerals and vitamins A, C and E. It’s also has antioxidants that could help reduces the risk of liver cancer.
